Introduction:
The Haven Assisted Living utilizes residential homes to eliminate the institutionalized environment fostered by most larger facilities. The Haven Assisted Living provides 24/hr Assisted Living Services for 4 to 8 residents per home. Employment Opportunity:[CNA/ HHA/ PCA/ LPN]
The Haven Assisted Living is located in Mechanicsville, just 10 miles North of Richmond VA.
The Haven Assisted Living is currently recruiting for full time Live-In Caregivers who are looking for growth and a career opportunity.
Each live-in is alloted 2 days off per pay period (one day per week, a day is 24 consecutive hours), a maximum of 4 days per month may be used consecutively, [time off is not renumerated].
Week-on / Week-off [flexible schedules] are also available

Pay: Pay is Bi-Weekly $1,073.00/wk - $153.34/day [based on a 7 day work week] + Room, Board & Meals which is [valued at a total of $1293.00/wk - $184.71/day average] Rates are based on Hours Worked.
Career Opportunities: The Haven Assisted Living provides unlimited and rapid growth career opportunities. The Haven Assisted Living requires an Administrator and Manager for every four homes licensed. Currently the Haven Assisted Living is scheduled to open four to six homes per year, and maintain that growth each year up to 2015. At the current growth rate, a caregiver whom demonstrates the ability, desire, and qualifications to become an Administrator can expect to upgrade within 12 to 18 months. Training:
The Company also offers tuition reimbursement for college courses taken for advancement during employment to achieve Manager and/or Administrator roles and also asks for a 2 year commitment as an Administrator following upgrade.
Duties and Responsibilities:[Universal Caregiver]
Assist Residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL),per the Individualized Service Plan
Prepare Meals per Approved Meal Menu and conduct and participate in Approved Activities
Clean as required to maintain a healthy and presentable environment
Laundry services as required
Maintain compliance with Virginia Department of Social Services Regulations, Virginia Department of Health Regulations, Virginia Fire Code, Code of Virginia, and Company Policies and Procedures
Qualifications: Must enjoy working and interacting with the Elderly Experience in working with Elderly (CNA/ PCA/ HHA/ LPN) (can train with experience if no certificate) Be I-9 Eligible (legal to work in the USA) Pass Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) Pass Pre-Employment Physical Exam Pass Pre-Employment Drug Screening Pass Pre-Employment TB Screening Pass Driver Background Check (If designated as a Driver for activities) Pass Pre Employment Written Competency Exam Be Honest and of Good Moral Character Email or Fax the following documents:
